You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • The item is returned in original packaging


📦 Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in resellable condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • Clear unboxing video may be required for damaged/incorrect product claims

Note: Used products or items damaged due to misuse are not eligible.


🔄 Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order number.

  2. Share images/videos (if applicable).

  3. Our team will verify the request within 24–48 hours.

  4. If approved, we will arrange reverse pickup (where available).

  5. Refund will be processed after product inspection.


💳 Refund Mode

  • For prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.


🚚 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Request is raised after 7 days

  • Product is used or damaged by customer

  • Incorrect shipping address was provided

  • Customer refuses delivery
